I'm Keisha McIntosh, an experienced Registered Social Worker with a MSW and a background in child welfare and family support. I've spent years helping parents, children, and families navigate challenges and build stronger relationships.
I founded Guiding Steps Counselling to create a space where families and individuals can find support with parenting, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, grief, and more.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in helping you take meaningful steps forward. I believe that every person and family has the capacity for growth, and I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
